Ensure that purchase orders are done, sent, confirmed and delivered on time at agreed time and at the right quantity and quality

Conduct all necessary actions if the supplier does not full the requirements mentioned above

Maintain the system database of purchasing up to date (info-record, source list, lead times, references)

Treat and follow urgent requisitions from order processing team

Monitor delayed delivers and claim to supplier, if needed ask for earlier deliveries.

Purchasing and logistics education

Purchasing and logistics experience in industry (incoterms, import proccess)

Fluent in French, and English, German is a plus

MS Office, SAP Modules MM

Team player, good communication, organized, flexible, able to work under pressure.
