**About the role**:
Our client is a company in the medical industry. In order to strengthen their team, they are looking for a young graduate who has a great level in German and English. You will have a client service position. You will mainly manage orders of material from supplier and furnitures delivery to clients.

You will have few month of training with the internal team and will have the opportunity to learn the job in a stimulating and young environment.

Your tasks will be varied and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills on the long term.

This job is a great opportunity for a young graduate in business, having a good level in German and English, to join a stable company and a healthy environement.

**Job duties**:

- Management of material orders
- Ensuring and monitoring the smooth running of orders until delivery to the Swiss market
- Preparation of customer orders
- Follow-up of invoicing
- Management and stocking of products
- Follow up with clients in Swiss French/German/Italian part
- Manage basic statistics
- Various administrative tasks

**We are looking for**:

- Recently graduated from business/commercial studies
- Excellent level in German and English
- Good level with Excel
- Openminded and resourceful
- Good level in French is a plus
- Experience with an ERP is a plus
