**Dein Bereich **Als Prozessmanager rapportierst Du an den Head Project & Process Management und bist für die anforderungsgerechte Dokumentation und Weiterentwicklung aller Geschäftsprozesse im Bereich Asset Management der Helvetia Versicherungen verantwortlich. Du unterstützt die operationellen Einheiten bei der Prozessaufnahme, Prozessmodellierung und beim Prozess-Reengineering. Als Prozessmanager verantwortest Du zudem die Prozessmethodik innerhalb von diversen Projekten.

**Deine Verantwortung**
- Adäquate Dokumentation der Sollprozesse für die unterschiedlichen Stakeholder unter Berücksichtigung der Architektur-, Qualitäts
- und Modellierungsstandards
- Unterstützung der operationellen Einheiten bei der Ausgestaltung, Modellierung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie bei der Anwendung der Methodiken vom Process Management
- Unterstützung von Projekten bei der Prozessanalyse, Prozessmodellierung und Implementierung von neuen oder veränderten Geschäftsprozessen sowie Überwachung der Umsetzung der neuen (regulatorischen) Anforderungen
- Fortlaufende Weiterentwicklung vom Process Management und der Qualitätssicherung
- Interdisziplinäre Abstimmung mit anderen Bereichen der Helvetia Gruppe und innerhalb des Bereichs Asset Management (z.B. Risk Management, Business Architecture, etc.)
- Längerfristig: Entwicklung von KPIs zur Überwachung, Optimierung und Steuerung von Prozessen

**Deine Qualifikation**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Informatik (Uni oder FH)
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Asset Management erwünscht
- Fachkenntnisse im Prozessmanagement (BPMN2.0, Adonis) erwünscht
- Zertifizierungen der Prozess Management-Methoden sind von Vorteil (SixSigma, Scrum, Agile)
- Proaktive, dynamische und flexible Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen gepaart mit selbständiger Arbeitsweise
- Starker Teamplayer mit der Fähigkeit kritisch zu denken und konstruktive sowie innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Sehr hohe Qualitätsorientierung bei den Arbeitsergebnissen
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich)

**Die Stelle ist befristet bis Ende Dezember 2024. Es besteht die Option für eine anschliessende Festanstellung.**
