- Ausgehend von Kundenbedürfnissen und zukünftigen Herausforderungen der AXA Schweiz identifizierst du mögliche externe Innovationspartner.
- Entlang des Innovationsprozesses führst Du im Test & Learn Modus Pilotprojekte durch und bringst im Erfolgsfall zusammen mit externen und internen Partnern einen MVP auf den Markt.
- Du analysierst Trends und neue Geschäftsmodelle, um Innovationspotential für die AXA zu identifizieren.

Deine Fähigkeiten und Talente
- Dich zeichnet ein offener, teamorientierter Mindset aus und du bringst viel Eigeninitiative mit.
- Du kannst Projekte selbständig aufgleisen und durchführen. Stakeholder zu managen und diverse Meinungen einzubeziehen, fällt dir leicht.
- Du bringst hervorragendes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken mit und arbeitest lösungsorientiert. Dabei kannst du auf deinem Knowhow in mindestens einem der Themenfelder «Services für KMUs, Vorsorge und Gesundheit, Sustainability» aufbauen.
- Business Modell Canvas, Lean Startup und Design Thinking sind keine Fremdwörter für dich, sondern gehören selbstverständlich in deinen Methodenbaukasten. Know-how im Bereich Customer Experience Design und GenAI Anwendungen ist ein Plus.
- Du hast einen Fach-/ Hochschulabschluss und mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion. Erfahrungen in der Finanzdienstleistungs
- oder Serviceindustrie bzw. in einem Startup sind eine gute Ausgangsbasis.
- Du sprichst und schreibst einwandfreies Deutsch und Englisch.
