**SOMMAIRE**

Le Manager Warehouse est chargé de diriger les opérations de réception, d'entreposage, préparation des commandes, distribution des matières et consommables dans un environnement de production biotech soumis aux BPF (cGMP), en assurant une utilisation efficace de l'espace.

Il gère de manière coordonnée les stocks des différents entrepôts internes et externes afin que les bonnes marchandises soient disponibles dans la quantité et la qualité requises au bon moment et au bon endroit.

Il est en mesure de garantir que les objectifs de productivité sont atteints et que tous les processus de l'entrepôt se déroulent de manière fluide et rapide.

Le Manager Warehouse est en contact permanent avec les partenaires externes et internes (fournisseur de stockage externe, sociétés de transport et parties prenantes internes) et agit en tant que Compliance Champion pour la fonction Warehouse & Logistic du site en collaboration avec les partenaires QA.

**FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Planifier et gérer les activités des entrepôts internes et externes afin de s'assurer que les matières sont reçues à temps et dans la bonne quantité : prélèvement, réception, expédition, contrôle des stocks, zonage, optimisation de l'espace de stockage ; en outre, gérer la logistique pour les consommables et le stockage et l'élimination des déchets.
- Gérer les demandes d'achat, la réception des marchandises dans le logiciel ERP (Enterprise Ressource Planning) et MES (Manufacturing Execution System) de la société, le rapprochement des stocks et la correction des écarts, puis la révision et l'approbation des factures.
- Collaborer à la mise en œuvre du projet d’implémentation d’un nouvel ERP pour la BioPlant en tant qu’Expert pour l'entrepôt, en participant aux tests, au déploiement et à la formation des utilisateurs clés.
- Collaborer avec l'administrateur MES pour définir les différents types de gestion et de flux de matières.
- Etablir un budget annuel et s’assurer de son respect
- Assurer le suivi des contrats (budget, KPI, SLA, etc.) avec les fournisseurs (partenaires externe) et fournir des rapports périodiques.
- Recruter, sélectionner, orienter, encadrer et motiver les employés
- Assurer la formation du personnel
- Planifier les rotations de travail, les congés, attribuer les tâches de manière appropriée et évaluer les résultats.
- Participer à la création des données de base (Master Data) des matières et consommables.
- Développer des procédures et des instructions de travail pour les entrepôts et les systèmes connexes.
- Agir dans le respect des exigences légales, ainsi que des directives de l'entreprise.
- Opérer en respectant strictement les normes techniques, les règles de sécurité et les réglementations cGMP (traçabilité complète des activités).
- Assurer la gestion de l'eDMS (electronic document management system) et de l’eQMS (electronic quality management system) pour l'entrepôt ; en cas de déviation et de non-conformité, soutenir l'exécution de la documentation et de l’investigation appropriées en collaboration avec l'AQ
- Apporter son support pour toutes questions techniques qui affectent le fonctionnement de l'entrepôt.
- Veiller à ce que l'entretien, l'étalonnage et la revalidation de l'équipement de l'entrepôt soient adéquats.
- Développer et améliorer les relations avec les partenaires internes et externes.
- Contribuer positivement à une forte culture d'intégrité et d'éthique dans les affaires

**EXIGENCES**
- Brevet fédéral de Logisticienne/Logisticien ou formation jugée équivalente.
- Expérience professionnelle avérée en tant que gestionnaire d'entrepôt avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans l'environnement de fabrication pharmaceutique/biotechnologique.
- Expertise dans les procédures et les meilleures pratiques de gestion d'entrepôt dans un environnement pharmaceutique soumis aux BPF (GLP/GCP/GMP/GAMP).
- Connaissance approfondie des indicateurs clés de performance (ICP) de l'entreposage.
- Bonnes connaissances des systèmes ERP (SAP), MES et Veeva
- Compétences en leadership et capacité à gérer du personnel
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, écrit et oral.
- Solides compétences en matière de prise de décision et de résolution de problèmes
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français
- Des déplacements peuvent être nécessaires.
