In dieser Funktion sind Sie für die Lehre und Leitung des Moduls «Corporate Communications» im Bachelorstudiengang Multimedia Production (MMP) verantwortlich. Sie vermitteln darin praxisnah aktuelle Themen wie PR, Medienarbeit, interne Kommunikation und Krisenkommunikation. Im Vertiefungsfach «Communication Management» unterrichten Sie weitere Unternehmenskommunikations
- und Marketingkommunikationsthemen. Zudem betreuen Sie Studierende in praxisorientierten Projekten. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt Ihrer Arbeit liegt in der angewandten Forschung, bei der Sie innovative Forschungsprojekte in zukunftsweisenden Feldern wie Digitalisierung, KI und Data Analytics in der Kommunikation initiieren und leiten. Dabei haben Sie die Möglichkeit, eigene Ideen für Forschungsprojekte einzubringen und umzusetzen. Darüber hinaus akquirieren Sie Forschungsgelder, leiten Projektteams und arbeiten eng mit externen Partnern zusammen. Im Rahmen der Weiterbildungsprogramme im Bereich Kommunikation engagieren Sie sich aktiv und bringen Ihr Wissen ein.

**Ihr Profil**
- Masterabschluss (MSc/MA) in einem relevanten Fachbereich
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung in leitender Funktion in der Unternehmenskommunikation, insbesondere in den Bereichen PR, Medienarbeit, interne Kommunikation, Krisenkommunikation und allenfalls Marketingkommunikation
- Beratungskompetenz sowie Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Kommunikationsstrategien und -konzepten
- Umfassende Erfahrung in der Nutzung moderner Kommunikationskanäle und relevanter Tools
- Kenntnisse der aktuellen Trends in den Bereichen KI, Digitalisierung und Data Analytics
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse der Schweizer Kommunikationsbranche und Medienlandschaft sowie ein aktives Netzwerk zu Unternehmen und Organisationen
- Erfahrung in Forschung und Lehre (von Vorteil)
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
