Cellular and Soluble Biomarkers/bioanalytics

**Cellular and Soluble Biomarkers/Bioanalytics Project Lead**:
You will be part of a team supporting clinical cell-based biomarker implementation in indications where immune cells play a disease relevant role. You will directly contribute to early drug development with your expertise in immunology, flow cytometry and applied cellular biomarker measurement in clinical trials.
**Responsibilities**:
- For several compounds in preclinical and clinical drug development, you act as a representative and project lead from the Chapter to analyse cellular and soluble Biomarkers.
- You develop assay strategies in global and cross-functional project teams that allow decision making and progress during drug development along the value chain from target assessment until clinical Proof of Concept
- Responsibility for designing and establishing experimental protocols, processing raw data, creating or reviewing reports to support the clinical biomarker team.
- Responsibility to analyse, summarise and present data to cross-functional teams.
- You outsource assays to external partners and assure timely and effective method development as well as successful transfer of know-how transfer of know-how.
Your profile:
- PhD in Biology, Immunology, Medical Science, Pharmacy.
- 3+ years experience in the development of biomarker methods.
- 5+ years experience in immunology.
- Advanced expertise in Flow cytometry, with a thorough knowledge and experience working with different flow cytometry platforms (BDinstruments and Spectral flow cytometry - Cytek), analysing and interpreting flow cytometry data (FACSDiva, FlowJo, SpectroFlo, Spotfire, R, Omiq or similar data analysis platforms.
