**What is this Role about?**
As part of the Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions Management Team (AKG), you are an effective business partner to the AKG, giving advice and counsel as well as providing a voice of reason. You will challenge and support strategic decisions by considering costs, revenue, and liquidity risks. Additional to the Finance unit, you will guide, motivate, coach and lead the Supply Chain and IT units for the business (15 FTE).

**What will you be doing?**
- As a member of the management team (AKG) of Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions Business, you will lead the Finance, Supply Chain and IT units
- Responsible for controlling of the Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions Group, including supporting strategy development and help enable its execution
- Management and further development of the Controlling Division, making Accounting/Controlling, IT & Supply Chain fit for Digital
- Management of or participation in strategic projects**What do we welcome?**
- A multi-lingual (German and English) person with international experience and cross-cultural awareness and understanding
- Further Education / Bachelor / Master’s degree in accounting, Finance or relevant field
- Extensive experience with Digital business models, either from a start-up and/or a digital unit of a manufacturing company
- Experience leading multi-faceted teams, particularly with some experience in Supply Chain and IT
- A natural people person with highly developed communication skills and the ability to positively influence others
- Enjoys building long lasting relationships, both internally and externally, with the ability to lead and influence without direct authority
- Takes initiative and ownership for her/his topics with a natural sense of responsibility
- Welcomes some travel (+/- 10% international travel)
