BlossomUp is the perfect companion for the pollen season. **As the COO of our company, you will play a key role in driving our success by**:

- Leading the design and implementation of business strategies, plans, and procedures alongside the CEO
- Overseeing daily operations, including supply chain and production, IT, legal, customer service, and more
- Continuously improving the partner portfolio and unit economics to secure a profitable long-term business
- Conducting user research, competitor research, design, prototyping, and pilot tests to improve the product alongside the CSO
- Collaborating with the CEO to manage investor relations and raise a Series A funding round by Q3 2023
- Evaluating performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Building scalable solutions and improving efficiency of all business processes including digital solutions
- Developing a sourcing strategy to ensure supply and efficiency, including sourcing partners, on-time delivery of production, and optimizing production costs
- Training the new team members and future leadership team.

**About you**:

- You have a track record of successfully scaling a business and/or launching new products in the e-commerce D2C space, specifically in the food supplement/FMCG industry
- You possess a wealth of experience in key areas such as operations, supply chain, IT, legal, customer service, etc.
- You have a burning desire to scale the company and are willing to take all the sacrifices and risks it comes with it
- You are a true entrepreneur at heart and possess entrepreneurial grit, not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
- You have a proven ability to manage relationships with partners/vendors along the supply chain
- You have experience in raising funding rounds and managing investor relations
- You possess strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, as well as excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- You have a keen focus on understanding customer needs, scientific trends, and legal requirements in order to drive the growth and success of the company
- You hold a Master degree with outstanding academic results
- You are based or willing to relocate to Munich/Germany, with regular travel to Switzerland or vice-versa
