**Tâches principales**:
Effectuer la mise en place, le nappage de la salle de restaurant ainsi que le repassage des nappes

Effectuer le service du midi et du soir

Effectuer le polissage des couverts, assiettes et verres

Effectuer le Run du service du midi et du soir

**Compétences requises**:
Bonnes connaissances des produits alimentaires courants

Bonnes connaissances d’hygiène et de sécurité.

**Qualités requises**:
Organisé(e), Rigoureux(se), Flexible, très bon sens relationnel, travail d’équipe.

Sens de l’accueil et du service client, Dynamique, Capacité à gérer son stress.

Expérience minimum 6 mois sur une fonction similaire dans un établissement étoilé au Guide Michelin et/ou hôtellerie de luxe 5*
