**Internship - Project Management (80-100 %)**:
**What can you expect**:

- Support our client managers in advising our international clients on a wide range of Human Capital topics or projects
- Produce high quality presentations and reports, benefiting from Mercer's research and tools for data analysis
- Development of new emerging Human Capital topics in the Swiss market (e.g. flexible benefits, employee wellbeing)
- Development of sales and cross-selling initiatives together with the Commercial Team and other Line of Businesses.
- Supporting Marketing in generating new leads
- Administrative activities in the area of CRM

**What you need to have**:

- You are about to finish or have already finished your studies in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Marketing, Communication, or other relevant area
- High willingness to learn and good organizational and time management
- You enjoy working analytically and solving problems
- Your qualities that will help you get ahead with us: Ability to work in a team, commitment, independent working style and quick comprehension.
- Strong command of MS Office, and PowerPoint in particular
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Bring in a commercial mindset on a personal level as well as a can-do attitude
