Why we are recruiting

We are seeking a Lead, Product Portfolio and Growth to drive the development and implementation of key strategic developments in our product portfolio to unlock sustained growth with an additional emphasis on non-Davos related partnerships and products. Responsible for translating ideas into action, the Lead will support strategic transformation activities, accelerating progress while ensuring alignment and communication with key stakeholders.

Reporting lines and interactions

The Lead will report directly to the Head of Product Portfolio and Growth and work closely and neutrally with the leadership and teams across all ten Centres as well as key delivery partners including Business Engagement, Global Programming, Public Engagement and People and Culture. The position is based at our Geneva headquarters.

Main responsibilities- Shape and lead strategic transformation activities, mobilizing colleagues and facilitating decision making, to unlock holistic growth models that integrate traditional and new growth products.- Support the development and implementation of strengthened value propositions and delivery models that create value for multiple revenue streams, and continuous strengthening of the institutional environment and resources for growth- Drive focus on expanding non-Davos Partnerships, including identifying and activating opportunities for delivering value, strengthening consistency in the value proposition, maintaining information and analysis on the cohort and external communications- Development of high-quality presentation and decision-support material for internal and external audiences- Communicate with key stakeholders to understand multiple needs and perspectives, and to share strategic priorities and progress with clarity- Drive strategic priorities forward through comprehensive planning and communication, streamlined processes and the creation of frameworks where necessary- Capture learnings from strategic transformation activities and drive continuous feedback and improvement for both internal and external stakeholders- Identify opportunities, in close collaboration with Head, the Managing Director and Center Leadership, to strengthen the institutional strategy and impact, and to position the Forum strategically for the future- Ability to operate in a trusted capacity with discernment and discretion in handling confidential information.- Strong capabilities from conceptualization to execution, with the ability to translate ambition and ideas into action- Leads strategic growth initiatives, integrating multiple views and evolving and innovating within a rapidly shifting context- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate efficiently and influence effectively across the Forum and with external stakeholders- Success in formulating and implementing project and change management plans- Adopts a structured and systematic approach and follows through to delivery- Remains focused on the big picture and results-oriented, understanding and integrating growth, value and mission objectives- Navigates change and complexity with ease; a positive, confident, and can-do attitude- Ability to engage within a matrix structure across platforms & teams- Ability to prioritize and ensure progress is made independently- Trusted, responsive and committed, with strong work ethic and high integrity- Strong alignment with, and understanding of, the Forum’s vision, mission and objectives

Requirements and preferred experience- Advanced university degree and 8+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in multi-cultural environments and mission-oriented settings- Proven experience in strategy development and operations, with a focus on results- Capacity to synthesize various viewpoints, consult broadly and work collaboratively- Knowledge of the Forum context, culture, business model, and operating environment preferred- Proactive and self-driven, managing both long
- and short-term objectives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Agile, with a positive and constructive attitude towards getting things done, connecting the dots, and delivering results while embracing change- Responsible, demonstrates excellent organizational, project, and time management skills and high attention to detail- Demonstrated success in collaborative environments, including the ability to work with senior leaders and foster a culture of cooperation- Availability to travel to Forum offices, as required- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with fluency in written and spoken English; digital communications skills an advantage
