- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop data-driven solutions to business problems.
- Analyze large, complex data sets using statistical software, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools.
- Develop data management systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Communicate results and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and pharmaceutical research.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior data scientists and analysts.

**Requirements**:

- Master's or PhD degree in a relevant field such as data science, statistics, computer science, or pharmaceutical sciences.
- Strong statistical and analytical skills, with experience in data mining, machine learning, and data visualization.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL Or Pysparks.
- Strong experience within AWS
- Big Data experience
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical research and development processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
- Experience with cloud-based computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and text analytics.
- Experience with clinical trial data analysis and regulatory compliance.
