
Sales Administration Manager

**Missions et responsabilités**:
Rattaché au Vice-Président des Ventes, vous êtes l'un des garants de la distribution de nos produits à l'international.

- Vous organisez, suivez et contrôlez le flux de nos marchandises du siège en Suisse vers les marchés et suivez le budget mensuel et les règlements propres à chaque pays,
- Vous avez la responsabilité directe de l'administration et de la coordination des ventes pour plusieurs territoires,
- Vous entretenez la communication entre le headquarter, les filiales Swatch Group ainsi que les responsables de marchés au niveau mondial,
- Vous êtes responsable d'une équipe restreinte de collaborateurs composée des coordinateurs de vente. Vous assurez la conduite et l'accompagnement de votre équipe (développement, formation, discipline, etc.) et favorisez le maintien d’un climat de travail favorable (communication sur les objectifs, développement de la motivation, etc.).
**Profil**:
- Au bénéfice d'une formation HES (ou équivalent), vous possédez plusieurs années d'expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur de la haute horlogerie, qui vous ont permis de développer une vision globale de la logistique et de la distribution internationale,
- Autonome, organisé et rigoureux, vous êtes également reconnu pour votre diplomatie, votre sens du service client et votre leadership,
- Vous parlez couramment le français et l'anglais. Une autre langue est un atout,
- Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques usuels. Une bonne connaissance de SAP est indispensable.
