- Your Tasks
- Provide technical support to customers for resolving complex issues pertaining to the PC-21 (including system testing and rectification)
- Offer guidance to customers regarding both, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks
- Deliver expert advice in the realm of mechanical engineering, encompassing engines and structures
- Conduct structured on-the-job training sessions for customer technicians
- Document and communicate observations to the PC-21 Technical Representative onsite
- Cultivate positive relationships and promote a safety-centric culture among customers
- With this you convince us
- Certified Aviation Technician (holding an EASA-B1 Licence or equivalent)
- Possess a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance within a highly demanding environment
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office suites
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal; basic proficiency in German is advantageous
- Exhibit a composed demeanor and demonstrate adaptability in challenging situations while maintaining a keen eye for quality
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within diverse international teams and communicate clearly and constructively
