sa.global is looking for a motivated and skilled **Administration and Office Management Specialist **to join our team in Switzerland

**Main Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendors to maintain a well-equipped and functional workspace
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency

**Administrative Support**
- Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members

**Communication and Coordination**
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring effective communication within the organization
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate inter-departmental communication and collaboration

**Record Keeping and Data Management**
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation
- Assist in data entry, record updates, and information management using relevant software and tools

**Event Planning and Coordination**
- Organize and coordinate company and customers events, meetings, and conferences
- Manage logistics, catering, and other event-related tasks

**Facility Management**
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the office space
- Collaborate with facilities management for repairs, renovations, and improvements

**Context Menu**
- Quick access to frequently used tools or software for administrative tasks
- Links to relevant resources or guidelines for office policies and procedures
- Templates for reports, presentations, or documents to streamline administrative tasks
- Contact information for key personnel or departments within the organization for efficient communication
