This is where the founder Karl Elsener first set up his cutler’s business in 1884 and, a few years later, designed the legendary “Original Swiss Army Knife”. **YOUR MISSION**:

- Steer product development projects and lifecycle management in close cooperation with internal departments across all Wenger Travel Gear product categories
- Identify and develop commercial, innovative and trend relevant products through in-depth market understanding and competitor knowledge
- Support and contribute to the creation and implementation of successful short
- and long-term strategies for Wenger Travel Gear
- Follow the company defined Wenger commercial framework and implement, guide and protect the development of the brand accordingly
- Manage the branding
- and licensing approval process ensuring that all on-product branding adheres to branding guidelines and “Swissness” laws
- Support portfolio management ensuring the relevance and profitability of styles
- Perform product presentations to global key accounts and distributors as well as promotion of the category at sales meetings and industry fairs
- Close collaboration with key markets to understand local product needs, customers and retail environments

**YOUR PROFILE**:
You have an education in marketing, business or a related technical field and hold either a federal diploma or a university degree. You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in product management with you, preferably in the consumer goods industry. Passionate about bags & luggage, you enjoy working with high-quality and functional products. As a team player with strong communication and presentation skills, you understand how to foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and create positive working relationships. Your profile is rounded off with a high degree of customer orientation and excellent problem-solving capabilities. Fluency in German as well as English (level C1) in both oral and written form is required.
