For our Service Center in Buchs (SG) / Sennwald (SG) we are looking for a

**Service Center Manager, 100%**

starting immediately or upon agreement.

YOUR TASKS:

- Personnel responsibility for around 60 internal and external employees
- Management of three team supervisors
- Setting up and optimising the processes and infrastructure at the new location in Sennwald (in cooperation with the project management and your supervisor)
- Definition of targets and monitoring of results
- Management of quality and productivity targets
- Control of improvement measures within the framework of the objectives
- Ensuring effective implementation and execution of projects
- Monitoring the operational courier business and its performance and customer orientation
- Supporting the responsible Area Operations Manager in achieving targets and managing the operational business
- Handling special requests and problem solving processes
- Preparing and submitting reports and statistics
- Compliance with operational process requirements

YOUR PROFILE:

- Many years of professional experience in the operational area of a nationally and internationally active logistics company
- Excellent knowledge of industry related products, services and systems
- Proven leadership skills; at least 5 years of management experience
- Knowledge of managing sub contractors / partner driversdesirable
- Very good PC user skills
- Structured work, setting priorities and strong implementation skills
- Very good communication skills in German and English, as well as a high level of social competence
- Strong customer and solution orientation
- Committed and flexible personality
