- For our client, a private bank based in Geneva, we are looking for an
- **Employee Settlement - COO Division **.- The Bank’s entire operations are managed by COO Division and are headed up by the Chief Operating Officer. It strives to provide both in-house and external clients with a first-rate service to ensure our business operates efficiently and at the best possible cost. The COO division comprises Operations, Finance, Information Management, Human Resources and Logistics. COO Division employees are committed to providing, with professionalism and enthusiasm, an efficient, proactive, high-quality service that meets the needs of clients within the context of the Bank’s overall strategy.- Mission:
- Settlement of equities, bonds, structured products, Repo trade and investment funds transactions- Challenges:
- The role of the Settlement within Operations is to guarantee the settlement of all trades inputted by the stock exchange teams and related to traditional products (equities, bonds, structured products). The key objective is to ensure that all trades are settled on due course.- Main responsibilities:
- Prematching of trades in the system to ensure the smooth settlement of the trades
- Monitoring of pending transactions.
- Reporting of Failed trades (Buy-In, Bâle II, )
- Position realignment to cover sales
- Settlement of Repo transactions for Treasury Department.
- Handling contact and queries with our managers, traders and with our counterparties / brokers
- Respect the process and their implementation in relation to operational requirements and volumes as directed by the bank
- Make sure you have procedures and procedures to carry out operations as directed by the bank
- Profile:
- Bachelor Degree
- Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
- Experience in private banking
- French: Mother Tongue
- English: Fluent
