**Digital Drumbeat Manager**
**What this position is about - Purpose**:
As part of JTI's digital journey, the Digital Drumbeat team has as a mission to help our JTI stakeholders to embed relevant digital business capabilities, grow JTI’s digital maturity and generate incremental business growth with digital. Within the area of digital capabilities there are several focus areas which include but are not limited to kickstarting the markets on their digital journey, assessing their digital maturity, ongoing monitoring with individual markets on their digital progress, upskilling for markets and developing the right digital operating model.
**What will you do - Responsibilities**:
- Market steering: able to work with markets on their digital journey and support as needed depending on market maturity and priorities provided by regions
- Digital knowledge: able to contribute on strategy development with local markets on area of expertise
- Key stakeholder liaison: maintains regular dialogue with global and local stakeholders to monitor progress and support requests on assigned markets
- Tool management: works with markets on the key actions to level up and maintains the DMA platform.
**Who are we looking for - Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant discipline
- 10+ years business experience within cross functional teams, digital marketing and digital strategy. Experience in consumer and/or customer marketing
- Fluent in English in speaking and writing (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Team-player who is comfortable working with local markets and remote teams
- Strong communicator who is able to effectively coordinate multiple workstreams
- Comfortable in the worlds of digital marketing and technology.
