Tasks

Your Commitment will include
- You are responsible for leading, organizing, motivating, and developing employees as a test manager, test architect, and testing engineers.
- You are accountable for achieving goals (with independent yearly planning/budgeting), ensuring the quality of performance, and enhancing the efficiency of your area of responsibility.
- You formulate an IT quality strategy to ensure that the quality aligns with the expectations of customers and partners.
- You continuously evolve the testing vision, identifying gaps and proposing methods to address them.
- You refine and advance the testing approach for software quality assurance, including CI/CD pipelines and test automation.
- You maintain professional, constructive, and commercially productive relationships with customers, partners, and other organizational units.
- You engage in regular exchanges with our Agile Release Trains and support a Community of Practice.

**Requirements**:
Achieving the difference requires
- Higher education in business administration or a technical field (university, technical college, etc.).
- Several years of experience leading a testing/QA team and extensive expertise in the testing/QA domain (progression, regression), testing automation, and tools.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a test manager. Analytical and conceptual skills to systematically address interconnected issues with sometimes high complexity and internal dependencies.
- Practical knowledge of agile project methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.), especially in the context of testing.
- Proficient in spoken and written German, fluent in English, knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
