**Position Overview**

We have a new exciting position at our Lab & Services department. It can be portrayed via three main requirements

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Records Management (archiving of GxP documents, index and classify the records into the internal database according to SOP, train of new database users and record coordinators, perform inventories, single point of ocntact for colleagues...)
- Laboratory Data Sheets (LDS) Manager (order new LDS books, check randomly delivered LDS books, create tracking lists for LDS books, review completed LDS summary tables, signing, and archiving of the document, decide on further use of not completed LDS book(s), raise a deviation if needed...)
- Physical Samples Management (coordinate and organize the shipment of samples for Microbial Enumeration Testing on the campus and by external contractors, manage/audit Request of Analysis forms according to GMP, deliver the samples to the lab, store the samples accordingly...)

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Professional training as a logistician or laboratory technician in the GMP area required
- Work experience in laboratory desired
- German and english language skills required, both written and spoken
- Good IT skills, affinity for various software solutions
- Customer-oriented, reliable and precision in work is required
- Knowledge of the rules of conduct in laboratory buildings (health, safety, environment)
