Sustainability Intern

**Position Overview**:
To strengthen its Sustainability team and become a reference in the large-scale mobility market, Bcomp is looking for an intern.

The Sustainability team needs support in preparation ESG report and LCA studies, developing procedures and data collection for the activities. This may involve being assigned to a sustainability implementation development project with important responsibilities and / or smaller supporting tasks for the sustainability team.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:
The list below is meant to illustrate the tasks you might be asked to do. It is not fixed and can be discussed with Bcomp depending on your strength and Bcomp’s needs.
- Development of the 2024 ESG report: data collection, procedures establishment, redfation of the report.
- LCA and CO2 assessment preparation: data collection, search and rationale of emission factors use, preparation of report for third party review
- Participation in sustainability projects: analysis of ongoing processes to identify areas to improve (supply chain management, renewable energy usage, waste management, circularity, human rights)

**Qualifications and Personal Qualities**:

- BSc. (or equivalent) with a reference to sustainability e.g. Industrial Ecology, Environmental Management, Engineering
- Interest and experience in sustainability (ESG reports, LCA, GHG inventory)
- Some knowledge and understanding of ESG reporting frameworks e.g. GRI
- Knowledge of ISO 14040, 14044, 14067 standards
- Some practical experience with LCA or GHG inventories is a plus
- Driving curiosity for independent problem solving
- Able to work autonomously and share relevant information with the team
- Structured way of working with an ability to handle many projects in parallel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. French or German is a plus
