**IBP S&OP Manager TECA** based in Zuchwil

**Overview**

The Global S&OP and Demand Management TECA is a critical leadership position responsible for Sales & Operations Planning (including Integrated Business Planning) with all members of the value chain in TECA and leading Global Demand Planning in close partnership with commercial and regions.

**Further responsibilities and duties are**
- Lead Global Demand Planning responsible for statistical forecasting, consolidation and integration of regional market intelligence, and strategic management of the TECA portfolio.
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual reporting & business analysis.
- Drive closed-loop S&OP agenda, champion S&OP maturity and enable transition to integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Collaborate cross-functionally and engage with (senior) leaders in the franchise to drive the 5 steps of the S&OP process through financial integration, focusing on demand plan valorization, inventory management and overall business target setting.
- Maintain senior leader engagement in the S&OP process to ensure decisions are taken within the process.
- Develop and govern S&OP policies, Demand Planning policies, standards, guidelines, technology and procedures.
- Work with MD GPeX to monitor and enhance the franchise S&OP and demand planning processes, its maturity and effectiveness.
- Metrics: OTIF, MAPE, BIAS, Inventory /DOS, Backorders, S&OP maturity.
- This function works closely with various business partners: Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Global and regional supply chain teams.

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of bachelor’s degree is required. Preferably in business, engineering, supply chain or other technical field
- MBA or master’s in engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus
- APICS certification is required
- Minimum of 10 years related experience and minimum 3 years People Leadership
- Strong business and planning acumen
- Experience across at least 2 supply chain areas is essential
- Proven experience with S&OP / IBP, demand planning and inventory planning
- Experience working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Commercial/Marketing and Finance is essential
- Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) and Advanced Planning Systems (OMP) is required
- Ability to build trust with a diverse set of stakeholders is required
- Ability to develop, coach and guide a diverse global team in execution, strategy, and realization of functional and franchise goals that inspires others
- Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Ability to influence at all levels both within the Supply Chain, with Commercial, and other key cross-functional partners, in a matrix environment is required
