**Profile**:
Our UAV technology and sophisticated data analytics platform are used to produce high-quality inspection results for rotor blades and document the condition of wind turbine rotor blades over their lifetime. You will manage our sales activities and ensure the expansion of our sales pipeline in your designated region. You will engage with customers, establish and strengthen the companies´ partner network and ensure the successful execution of the projects that you contract. As part of your role, you will also ensure highest possible customer satisfaction throughout the execution of the projects you secure.

Act as Sales and Business Development Director for our wind power customers and field execution partners in Asia Pacific with a strong focus on Australia and New Zealand and ensure achievement of sales targets in this geographic region and with assigned accounts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as Sales Manager ideally within the wind turbine O&M sector
- A well-established network within the wind farm operators and wind turbine OEMs, ideally in the O&M segment
- At least basic understanding of software-as-a-service business models and ideally with continuous monitoring solutions
- Experience with managing distribution partner networks
- Used to working highly independent, under high pressure and with a highly variable salary scheme
- A technical and/or commercial university degree
- Native English skills required, additional languages a plus
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational, project management, and multi-tasking abilities
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills
- Experience with working in multi-cultural setups and with customer contacts from various different cultures
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of working time
