Tasks

Your Mission

You will mainly work directly with our Finance & Operations Manager and support her on day-to-day tasks as well as on larger projects.

What you will do

As we are a young company, the tasks of the Finance & Ops Manager are very diverse, some more strategical, some very operational. As you will directly support her, this also applies to you. Your tasks might look something like this:

- Support the core operational processes of our business, including weekly/monthly/quarterly business review cadence
- Work together with our outsourced accounting teams and support them in the monthly and yearly closings
- Handle expense management for our employees through Rydoo and prepare the reimbursements
- Support in preparing our sales invoices and follow up on accounts receivables
- Prepare the monthly investor reporting by gathering relevant data from the different teams and aggregating it
- Ad hoc financial and operational projects as needed to support the Finance & Ops Manager and other leadership team members.

What you will bring

We are looking for an all-around talent that is motivated to support the management team in multiple areas of the company. Some key criteria that you should bring:

- Student in an analytical discipline such as business administration, economics, finance, engineering, commerce, etc.
- Previous internships or work experience in management consulting, business development, project management, finance, business operations will be appreciated.
- You have the flexibility and adaptability needed in a fast-paced, constantly changing start-up environment.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong teamwork, verbal and written communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent ability to manage multiple competing priorities, detail-oriented and organized
- Entrepreneurial spirit/mindset, flexibility toward dynamic change
- Data-driven and curious problem-solver
- Highly self-motivated, flexible, and interested in a dynamic work environment
