**Office Administrator (60-80%)**

This role reports to the People Operations Manager and is responsible for the Schlieren office location primarily.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Organizing office operations and maintaining office administrative systems.
- Organizing company events, schedules group meetings, business travel, and accommodations.
- Managing office budget, office supplies inventory and places orders as necessary, liaises with suppliers.
- Greeting visitors, answering, and directing phone calls.
- Receiving and sorting incoming mail and deliveries and managing outgoing mail.
- Administrating non-personnel insurances and managing company car leasing.
- Supporting with day-to-day simple IT support in house.

**You are**:

- Within 2 to 3 years of your career.

- Very structured and diligent yet pragmatic and result-driven.
- An authentic team player, demanding of yourself and leading by example.
- With great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fully professionally proficient in English (mandatory for all employees working at HeiQ - additional languages are advantageous).

**You bring**:

- A degree in Business Administration or Swiss Commercial Apprenticeship (KV Lehre).
- Experience in office administration in Switzerland within an international company.
- Experience working in a fast-growing start-up or scale-up.
- Organizational and time management skills.
