UN(E) COLLABORATEUR(TRICE) ADMINISTRATIF(VE) POUR LE CENTRE DE CONGRÈS LE RÉGENT (80-100%)
**Responsabilités et Missions**
- Planifie et supervise l’organisation et le parfait déroulement des congrès, des séminaires et des événements
- Gère le secrétariat général du Centre de Congrès Le Régent (ci-après CCLR)
- Épaule la/le responsable du CCLR dans toutes ses tâches
**Profil**
- Titulaire d’un CFC d’employé(e) de commerce ou d’une maturité professionnelle commerciale ou d’un titre jugé équivalent avec un attrait prononcé pour le tourisme
- Expérience préalable en tant que collaborateur administratif, de préférence dans le secteur du tourisme
- Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques MS Office, connaissance de WinBiz un atout
- De langue maternelle française, avec bonne maîtrise de l’allemand et de l’anglais
- Excellent sens relationnel et doté d’une forte capacité à s’adapter aux imprévus et aux changements
- Personne proactive, autonome et organisée
- Connaissance de la destination et de ses acteurs
- Disponible pour travailler le weekend ou le soir en fonction des besoins du CCLR
