- Expérience de la gestion des configurations et des méthodes et outils de provisionnement systèmes (Ansible, Puppet, Foreman, Kickstart, X-Cat, etc.).
- Missions générales du poste:
1. Installer, gérer, maintenir et surveiller les systèmes linux et windows actuels et futurs de la DCSR dans le cadre du projet BiomedIT.

2. Aider les utilisateurs à exploiter au mieux les ressources informatiques de la DCSR dans le cadre du projet Biomed IT.

3. Présenter et expliquer les ressources informatiques de la DCSR à différents groupes d'utilisateurs

ayant des compétences de base différentes.

1. Installer, gérer, maintenir et surveiller les systèmes linux et windows actuels et futurs de la DCSR. 65

Installer et gérer des serveurs, des solutions de stockage NFS et CIFS, des solutions réseau simples et du matériel dédié (GPU)
Automatiser le déployement des solutions décrites ci-dessus
Surveiller l'état des systèmes, identifier les éventuels goulets d'étranglement et trouver des solutions ou un contournement.
Gérer les incidents matériels et logiciels en collaboration avec les fournisseurs.
S'assurer que les ressources informatiques de la DCSR ont le niveau de sécurité approprié, conformément aux exigences du responsable sécurité de notre Groupe.
Répondre aux questions administratives générales (état du système, base de données de comptabilité du système, etc.)

2. Aider les utilisateurs à exploiter au mieux les ressources informatiques de la DCSR.

Veiller à ce que les utilisateurs disposent d'informations actualisées sur le système, y compris à propos des changements éventuels et leur incidence.
Répondre à toutes les questions des utilisateurs sur l'utilisation des logiciels ou des ressources.

3. Présenter et expliquer les ressources informatiques de la DCSR à différents groupes d'utilisateurs ayant des compétences de base différentes. 10

Participer à l'élaboration, à la mise à jour et à la diffusion de matériel de formation et de sensibilisation à l'intention des utilisateurs.
Participer à à différentes manifestations publiques pour expliquer le rôle de la DCSR.

Profil recherché:
Master dans un domaine pertinent tel que l'informatique, les systèmes d'information, etc., ou combinaison équivalente d'études, de formation et d'expérience

Expérience de la gestion de systèmes linux/unix 5 ans

Expérience de la gestion de systèmes Windows (y.c. Windows Server 2016 et 2019) 5 ans

Expérience du support utilisateurs.

Bonne comprehension de langages de scripting bash/shell Perl et Python. Exigé

Bonne comprehension du reseau sous Linux/Windows Exigé

Expérience de la gestion des configurations et des méthodes et outils de provisionnement systèmes (Ansible, Puppet, Foreman, Kickstart, X-Cat, etc.).

Expérience de la gestion des protocoles de partages de fichiers NFS, CIFS, FTP et SFTP

Expérience de l’installation et de la gestion des protocoles de bases de données MySQL ou Postgres

Expérience de l’installation et de la gestion serveurs web Apache, Tomcat et ngnix

Quelques notions des options de virtualisation et de contenerisation (KVM, docker, Singularity

Quelques notions des outils de monitoring ELK et de Graphana
