Python Facilitator

We are looking for a Python Facilitator **who will work on our client project specialized in banking sector. You will join the Data analytics Tool team.**

The team provides guidance, methodology and best practices to employees to ensure them to be autonomous and in line with the self-service philosophy on our shared Python computational platform and our Tableau Visualization tools.

**The role will cover the following responsibilities**:

- Participate in the animation, development, governance and maintenance of the Analytics and Tools Product.
- Develop onboarding, support and coaching processes for the self-service python Platform
- Onboard new users and support them to get started on the various services provided by the ANT product
- Create and animate the community via various internal events (e.g. dedicated sessions, demos, webinars).
- Support end-users on issues related to Tableau platforms.
- Plan, organise and follow-up platform upgrades
- This is an exciting, challenging and rewarding role for a dynamic consultant, who would be working on an exciting program.

**Profil**:

- Strong knowledge and experience with Python and Git.
- A previous Coaching, Training or Teaching experience is a must, along with strong communication skills.
- Experience with Tableau products (Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server)
- Knowledge of Gitlab and the CI/CD workflows.

**Nice to Have**:

- Dashboard design experience and familiarity with best practices around visualization and design
- Some Understanding of Infrastructure Deployment (AWS, Kube, Docker, etc.) is a definite advantage.
- Experience with SCRUM/Agile.
- R knowledge is a plus.

- Master IT or similar
- Fluent in French and English
- Excellent communication Skills
- Ability to cooperate efficiently with other team members.
- Experience in banking sector is a must
