Antolac is a Berlin & Zürich-based real estate tokenization startup that aims to revolutionize the real estate market by making it easily accessible for everyone.

Our mission is to make real estate a liquid asset and to enable everybody to become a landlord by investing securely and without years of real estate experience in high-quality properties. As we’re offering tokenized properties, investments are possible from low amounts on.

Our goal is to keep the barriers low while creating a win-win situation for buyers and sellers of the properties - ensuring very low fees, efficient processes and providing buyers with all the benefits from being a landlord (e.g. getting paid out the rental regularly & making decisions regarding the property).

We are currently in the definition phase of the product and tech stack as well as setting the regulatory environment.

Your role
- You will become part of the founding-team and will be primarily responsible for the tech stack, but even be integrated in all strategic decisions and the product design.
- You’re responsible for the design, development and operations of the Antolac platform, incl. the integration of the underlying Blockchain network.
- You do not have to start from scratch - we will collaborate with external solution providers in order to kickstart our development. This even helps us to fully focus on OUR product.
- Build up and grow your tech team.

**Profile**:

- Deep technical Blockchain / DLT experience, e.g. setting up networks, developing smart contracts.
- Experience in the field of digital assets and their value chain (tokenization, custody, trading) is a plus.
- General coding experience, e.g. in JavaScript, Python, a UI-Language or similar languages.
- Organizational and leadership skills, esp. leading (international) dev teams.
- Strong communication skills in English - German is a plus.
