For our client we are looking for a committed personality as
**Assistant to the COO 100% (m/w/d)**:
**Your challenges**
- Provide administrative support to the COO
- Manage an active COO calendar: ensure that all appointments are scheduled in accordance with business professionals
- Preparing and organizing meetings, including creating Power Point presentations, managing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
- Researching, preparing and providing analysis as well as decision making tools
- Taking minutes of dictated information
- Control and preparation of monthly expense reports
- Correspondence mainly in English and German
- Assisting the COO with internal/external communications
- Daily management of food and beverages
- Substitution of the Executive Assistant in case of absence

**Your skills**
- Completed commercial vocational training, experience in a similar position an advantage (career changers welcome)
- Solid knowledge in the use of the MS Office package, especially MS Teams
- Strong self-discipline and work ethic, absolute confidentiality as well as excellent time management and organizational skills are a must
- Excellent written and spoken English, German and other languages are a plus
- Excellent ability to work in a fast-paced environment with around-the-clock staffing
- Class B driver's license
