Sulzer Schmid is an independent Swiss technology company and top innovator of next-generation UAV (Drone) technology for the wind industry. As a technology company we develop UAV based inspection tools and software solutions to reduce the cost of operation and maintaining wind turbines and giving the industry tools to make informed decisions about the assets.

To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a Project Manager to support our Field Operations Team. In this function you have close contact to our customers and partners. You plan, organize and monitor projects/campaigns for our wind turbine blade inspections around the world together with the Head of Business Management. In this position you to track the forecast & productivity and provide continuous status reports to our customers. Further you plan hardware resources to ensure that our Field Operation Teams have the equipment they need to execute the inspections in the given timeline. High flexibility, dedication, and the ability to keep many projects going at the same time are key traits to succeed in this role.

**Responsibilities**:
Support the Head of Business Management in planning and with administrative tasks such as:
Tracking of campaign progress

Daily reportings and hardware logistics

Using various software including word and excel spreadsheets, databases and presentation software

Collect all the necessary information from the customer (job specifications, meta data)

Develop a mutually acceptable plan for the campaign, considering customer needs and available resources

Carry out project-based cost overviews & write meeting notes

Prepare PowerPoint presentations with key figures and participate in meetings

Administrative tasks to recruit & maintain our relationship with Field Operation Partners around the world

**Requirements**:
As a Project Manager, you interact with internal and external stakeholders and align all of them to ensure smooth and timely execution of the campaigns. The following qualities are required to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree in economics or similar (University / FH / HF)

First experience as a Project Manager or similar

5+ years working experience

In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite

Fluent in English & German, additional languages are a plus

Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment

A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational and project management skills as well as impeccable multi-tasking abilities

Ability to detect problems, insufficiencies, or bottlenecks early

Ability to align different parties to pursue mutual objectives

Customer focused with a self-motivating personality

Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the success of a campaign or project
