**Description**:

- User support of several business units (1st and 2nd level) with regard to hardware and software, network as well as peripheral devices
- Application support including interface support
- Implementation of internal or interdisciplinary IT projects as a project member or sub-project manager
- Collaboration in the installation, maintenance and administration of the client/server infrastructure (Windows/VMware environment)
- Organisation and implementation of internal employee training

**Requirements**:

- Solid education as an IT specialist (completed apprenticeship, HTL degree in computer science or similar)
- First professional experience on the IT helpdesk
- Fluency in English and excellent knowledge of Microsoft and Apple products
- Commitment, willingness to learn, reliability and flexibility
- Team player and a service-oriented personality
