For our international partner, Roche Diagnostics International Ltd. based in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a qualified and motivated

**Scrum Master / Agile coach** for 12 months with option for extension.

In the Serum Work Area software development team we work on the next generation of software used to manage and interact with the instruments used in the Core Lab. Our team is part of the Research & Development organization of Roche Diagnostics Solutions (RDS R&D Core Lab Development).

As an experienced SCRUM Master / Agile Coach you have a strong foundation in Agile and scaled methodologies and you will facilitate the discussions and guide the team on improving agile ways of working.

**Tasks**:

- Work closely with the Product team (Product definition team, Software Engineers, Business Analysts, technical resources, and other stakeholders)
- Manage and optimize the flow of product value delivery
- Organize, manage and facilitate the Scrum process and ceremonies; daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives,refinement, and planning meetings, etc.
- Help the Product Owner/ Product Manager keep the product backlog in good shape and refined/ready for sprint planning
- Resolve team impediments to increase the effectiveness of the delivery approach
- Assist in tracking the execution of features and capabilities
- Coach teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
- Help manage risks and dependencies
- Escalate and track impediments
- Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks
- Encourage collaboration between teams
- Facilitate System Demos and Solution Demos
- Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the different squads and help them improve
- Foster use of engineering and Built-In Quality practices

**Must Haves**:

- Minimum a bachelor degree in Software or Computer Engineering or similar discipline
- Professional SCRUM Master certification
- 5+ years project experience on an Agile Team coaching / scrum master role
- Working experience in a scaled environments
- Experience with managing senior stakeholders
- Exhibits servant leadership style towards the development team and stakeholders
- Strong skills in leading teams, problem-solving, influencing, teamwork, initiative, and communication
- Strong communication skills
- Negotiation skills, long term and strategic thinking without losing the actual needs, teamwork, and fast integration into bigger teams
- Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken)

**Nice to Haves**:

- Experience with GxP relevant systems
- Knowledge of Pharma / Diagnostics business
- German skills
