**Job Description**:
Do you see problems as positive challenges, and are you willing to deep dive to develop solutions and deliver results? Our aim is to analyse, troubleshoot, evaluate and publish in-depth analyses to ensure we have the most up to date and reliable information to help the team to make the best possible decisions. You will be involved in evolving the team’s practices, constantly looking for improvements in analysing and understanding data and reporting.

**Main Responsibilities**

Working as part of a team, as business controller, you will:

- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly business performance and trends of the OTA and of its categories, products and markets through the relevant KPIs
- Provide Analysis reports on business and financial performance for regular leadership reviews
- Work closely with the OTA growth team and the key functions of the company in order to support the business decision making process
- Support the budgeting and forecast process and evaluate the performance by comparing actual results with budget and forecast

**Qualifications**:
**Essential skills**
- 5 years of working experience in a similar role or in a Big Four firm or in a similar or bigger size corporation in the Business Planning and Control area
- Analytical skills
- Degree in Economics/AFC/management engineer
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong MS Office skills in Excel, PowerPoint & Word

**Nice to have**
- Technical experience to analyse complex datasets
