**Description**:

Mandatés par un de nos clients, une prestigieuse manufacture horlogère, nous recherchons un(e) Manager SAV qui aura pour responsabilités les tâches suivantes:

Gestion d’équipe:

- Mise en place des objectifs individuels
- Soutien des collaborateurs dans le développement de leurs compétences
- Animation d’une équipe SAV
Gestion administrative:

- Pilotage de performance et du reporting
- Organisation du travail
- Anticipation des besoins en force de travail
- Amélioration continue de l’organisation du travail
- Veille technologique
Formation
- Titulaire du CFC de logisticien ou employée de commerce
- Expérience similaire dans le domaine des approvisionnements est un impératif
- Expérience confirmée en management dans le secteur de l’industrie
