**Raw Material & Production Planner - Compounding**:
**Raw Material and Production Planner**

As a **Raw Material and Production Planner** in our Planning department, you will be responsible for a large portfolio of raw materials and finished products. You will drive the production schedule for fragrances to prevent impact for our internal and external customers and will actively contribute to inventory and service levels optimization:
Reporting to the Planning Compouding Team lead, your main responsibilities will be the following:
**Raw Material management**:
You will be responsible for a large portfolio of raw materials and constraints such as bulk materials, Consignment stock, Standard Raw Materials and subcontracting materials. You will ensure continuous availability of materials for our compounding fragrance production and will make sure to optimize delivery schedule. You will also manage Stock Transfer Orders with other Givaudan production sites for resales and internal consumption. Finally, you will be responsible for resolving or escalating issues related to your portfolio and achieve and maintain service level targets. A special focus on Obsolete and Slow Moving items is requested to achieve our inventory target.

**Production Scheduling**:
In a make to order environment, you will be in charge to create and follow the production orders to continuously supply our customers. You will have to measure and analyze the production workload, and adapt it to our capacity constraint. You are also in first line to support our Production and Customer Care teams.

**Collaboration**:
You will liaise with other departments on a daily basis to ensure business continuity in a short production time environment (Logistics, Production, Quality, Transport, Customer Care). You will manage long term allocation plan in collaboration with our Global Supply Chain team.

**Continuous improvement**:
Your role will be key to identify and implement opportunities for improvements in terms of supply planning and service to customers.

**Your success profile includes**:

- University degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, etc ;
- Min. 2 years of experience in supply chain. Production scheduling knowledge an asset ;
- Fluent in English and French ;
- Open minded, curious, customer focused, stress resilience, flexible and agile.
- Strong affinity to systems and analytical tools (Desired SAP, BI, BO)
- Microsoft Office Suite expertise ;
- APICS certification is an asset.
