**The Role**:
If you are seeking a career that allows you to make a real impact on the lives of others and collaborate with top minds in Biotechnology, our client, a Top-10 CRO, is hiring a Clinical Trial Assistant (M/F/d) to strengthen the Monitoring Team. You will work closely with one of the most successful pharmaceutical companies.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Creation and management of Trial Master Files (TMF).
- Coordination of local data entry into study management systems and the setup of new studies.
- Ensuring the collection, review, tracking, and provision of relevant clinical documents to support regulatory submissions.
- Tracking and maintaining study-related supplies in the office, facilitating their distribution to sites, and preparing/distributing Study File Binders and Site Initiation presentations/materials.
- Processing, reconciling, distributing, and tracking essential documents, submitting them to the local archive in compliance with SOPs.
- Completion of applicable tracking documentation, such as spreadsheets, study and contract trackers.
- Preparation and review of site communication documents.
- Setting up/maintaining courier accounts and organizing shipments.

**To Be Successful in the Role, You Will Have**:

- Proficiency in speaking and writing German and English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with the capacity to prioritize and respond to the changing needs of the business.
