To strengthen our Metrology Department, we are looking to recruit a:


**Quality inspector**:


**Your activity **‍**:

- Write reports and carry out analyses for internal and external customers
- Deal with non-conformities in the incoming inspection area
- Ensure the maintenance, control (internal/external) and traceability of machines and measuring equipment, under the responsibility of the Metrology Department
- Maintain and improve KPIs relating to the Metrology Department
- Support and advise other departments when purchasing measurement equipment
- Ensure that our measuring equipment is in line with our developments
- Ensure that metrology and safety procedures are followed and adapted as required
- Work closely with other departments on ongoing technical problems, projects or prototypes under development
- Participate in discussions with customers in support of the Sales team
- Operate and program measurement machines (Werth, Keyence, Jenoptic, Leitz, Microvision)
- Validate on-board measurement systems on our R&R products
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement and optimisation of control methods



**Your profile**:

- HES engineer or ES technician training in the field of quality and microtechnology with experience in metrology, or training/experience deemed equivalent
- Proficiency in reading drawings and interpreting ISO GPS dimensions
- Knowledge of programming (Quindos or WinWerth software, an asset) and notions of industrial statistics
- Ability to use and understand technical software packages (ERP, CAD, etc.) and MS-Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Accurate, conscientious, autonomous, comfortable in communication and open to change
- Methodical, comfortable with documentation and work standardisation (knowledge of Lean Management an asset)
- Perfect command of French and English (German would be an asset)
