Currently we are looking for a Internship Financial Analyst who will be a member of the Swiss Finance & Treasury department based in Zug.

**Job Description / Responsibilities**
- Perform financial forecasting/ reporting/ operational activities
- Analyze financial data
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews (reconciliations, postings, vouchers)
- Create, process and submit access requests or deletions
- Get the required approvals/ signatures/ information
- Reconcile existing transactions through cross-referencing of incoming and outgoing data on month/ quarters end
- Enter payment orders in UBS
- Get required approvals/ signatures
- Manage UBS access and account settings

**Skills**
- Strong interpersonal skills (including writing/ oral communication skills)
- Ability to work independently/ reliable
- Familiarity with data/ query management tools is extremely helpful
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills
- Good knowledge, understanding and use of English

**Qualifications**
- Degrees: Commercial Apprenticeship or bachelor’s in finance/Accounting
- Analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Business fluent in English, German language strong advantage
