We are growing fast and we have created an **International Sales & Application Manager - Automotive position,** reporting to the Head of one of our Business Units.

**Votre mission**:
In this crucial position, you will build, strengthen, and grow profitable business relationships with target prospects and customers in the Automotive industry, in order to open doors to new business opportunities.
- Lead all sales account activities within your portfolio during the whole product lifecycle,
- Manage the identification and qualification of new businesses, as well as manage existing business,
- Run the related RFQs,
- Steer negotiations and conclusion of contract phases,
- Maintain close contact with key Customers.
- Be able to conduct business in fluent French, German and English

The challenge in this job will be determining new business opportunities in line with the Business Unit objectives and obtaining new projects through a deep understanding of your customers’ technical and business expectations.

The challenges to be met will lead you to travel mainly in Western Europe and to develop new opportunities with partners in the United States and Asia in contact with local offices.

**Vos compétences**:
A solid technical background within the Automotive or Trucks industry (powertrain, drivetrain, transmissions, SCR, valve expansions, pump, thermal management, ), backed by an advanced degree (Masters, or PhD) in Engineering, are essential to achieve these goals.
