Responsibilities:
Accounting
- Bank booking
- Check and sign invoices for payments
- VAT return (Swiss, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, German) and other taxes (sweet, chemical)
- Fixed assets monitoring
- Monitor intercompany transactions and check intercompany balances
- Research and reconcile discrepancies on accounts
- Closing tasks : goods in transit calculation, exchange analysis, intercompany transactions, diverse costs split,)
- Maintain and update ICS procedures
- Prepare diverse reports (cash flow, sales)

Inventory
- Check systems differences and reconcile
- Import inventory journals
- Support logistic service with system issues
- Follow-up claim process
- Run and check inventory recalculation
- Draw diverse inventory reports and analyzes
- Check FIFO calculation
- Responsible for inventory audit
- Participate to the DAX 365 system upgrade project

Your profile & skills
- Federal diploma in Finance and Accounting or equivalent education or experience
- knowledge of Dynamic is an asset
- Strong Excel skills
- Fluent in English
- Proactive, autonomous, solution-oriented attitude
- High level of commitment
