The VP/SVP is a critical role at Hologram driving the greatest share of revenue for the company by identifying, cultivating, and closing valuable customers through strategic innovation and licensing partnerships.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Active participation in Hologram company strategy and annual target setting
- Accountable for delivering annual B2B revenue from licensing and co-development partnerships.
- Design a scalable lead generation strategy for bringing multiple partnership opportunities from top customers to Hologram, with focus on Europe and Asia Pacific regions.
- Identify and manage DSM current customers as prospects for Hologram partnerships and/or revenue generating opportunities.
- Identify and validate new sales channels/segments to be included in lead generation
- e.g., MLMs, HCPs.
- Consolidate and manage leads through a CRM funnel.
- Execute strategy to generate leads e.g., via DSM contacts, events, and other (efficient) B2B Marketing activity, including hosted events such as the Hologram Innovation Summit, and leveraging existing DSM Marketing and connections.
- Take the lead for pitching Hologram’s services and concepts to targeted customers in the funnel to secure MOUs.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, Chief Commercial Officer, and Commercial Team to translate MOUs into signed agreements and hand off projects to the execution team.
- Act as a key stakeholder in due diligence for B2B licensing deals.
- Maintain Hologram “pitch decks” in close collaboration with Hologram CEO.
- Prepare and present sales pipeline and lead generation strategy to Hologram Board of Directors.
- Manage part-time direct report based in Zurich, identify other smart resourcing needs balancing in-house talent with agency/3rd party support, particularly for lead generation in the United States.
- Key point of contact with DSM sales teams, proactively engaging them to make introductions for Hologram and communicating progress across projects.

**You bring**
- Demonstrated experience managing a sales quota and managing an early-stage sales team and process.
- Well-connected and respected within DSM HNC.
- 2-5 years as an Account Manager in the nutrition industry, including Global Key Account management of at least one multinational CPG company.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative/start-up environment or project.
- Resilient in the face of obstacles, persistent to get to ‘yes.’
- Demonstrated ability to create and leverage momentum to close deals.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly build relationships and gain trust.
- Flawless executive communication across multiple disciplines within organizations.
- Experience as a Sales/Business Development Manager for one of DSM’s businesses
- Experience with Asia/Pacific customers
- Experience with HCN customers
- Good understanding of nutrition science and diagnostics
- MBA or related business degree
