For our tradition-rich gallery in the heart of Zurich, we are looking for a Librarian (60-100%, by arrangement) immediately or by arrangement
You are part of an international team and are responsible for cataloging the extensive collection of art books. Your area of responsibility extends to the usual range of services of an art history specialist library and includes, among other things:
- Organization and inventory using a library management system
- Cataloging ongoing new acquisitions and borrowed books
- Compilation of bibliographic information
- Management of physical and digital archives
Your profile:
- **Professional experience in libraries or an art history background is an advantage**:
- **Organizational and communication skills with attention to detail**:
- **Very good written and spoken German and English, other languages are an advantage**:
- **Good IT knowledge and experience in using Mac and library systems**
