Human by nature.**Supply Chain Management Internship - Fragrance and Beauty M/F/d**
- As a Supply Chain Management Intern you will be an integral part of the EMEA Regional Supply chain team team that is working on initiatives within the Fragrance and Beauty Division. You will contribute by following Indicators and developing action plans to improve, improving master-data and planning parameters and support the S&OP process. You will work with our Demand, Supply and Logistics teams within the F&B organization.- This position is limited to
- ** 3-6 months**, starting in
- **March 2024** and based in
- **Vernier, Geneva**.**You will**:

- Support regional projects from pre-study to implementation to support the Fragrance & Beauty 2025 and 2030 Strategy. Projects cover the following areas:

- Customer improvement programs
- Sales and Operations Planning initiatives including Inventory
- General supply chain improvement for example lead-time reduction
- Logistics and transportation projects
- Network optimization and allocation
- Review planning parameters and master-data in SAP to improve our planning processes
- Demand planning in SAP IBP
- Track Indicators and develop improvement plans: build action plans to improve process results

**You?**
- You are attending or have just finished a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economy or Engineering studies
- Your first experiences in supply chain management
- An interest in the fast paced world of Supply Chain in the Fragrance and Beauty world
- Fluency in English (mandatory), French
- SAP experience preferred
- Analytical and data management skills
- Excellent collaboration skills with all members of the team
- Curiosity to learn
- An interest in projects and project management; experience in those fields is a plus
