**Job description**:
As CIO Office Director, you will be responsible for partnering with the CIO in facilitating the definition of the Group Technology vision and strategic direction. Your activities require close collaboration with all the technology departments as well as most Group functions and Brands in the context of Group Technology. Your key responsibilities will be to:

- Develop and execute an effective and efficient Technology Strategy, track, and report performance improvements.
- Coordinate Technology budgets and provide visibility to senior management.
- Be responsible for the IT PMO function and demand management process, implement an effective and light-weight program governance.
- Define Make or buy decision matrix, ensure adherence of all projects.
- Lead Innovation across IT departments, identify trends and their potential value in

Mantu context.- Manage overall Technology governance, compliance, and risk register.
- Oversee and optimize staff recruitment process and costing, ensure IT organization is efficient, increase management capabilities.
- Integrate continuous improvement activities within broader cultural change activities.
- Direct the preparation, review and consolidation of business reviews, cross product domain updates as well as budgets and other financial reports for Group Technology
- Your profile:
- High potential technology leader with strong innovation acumen
- Proven experience in a Technology managerial role, in a mid-size company
- Strong Leadership and Managerial skills, in an international context
- Fluent in French/English
