**Position Summary**

As a **Production & Capacity Planner**, you will create production plans that align with available capacity and ensure that finished and semi-finished goods are readily available, meeting customer demand while minimizing costs. Additionally, you will focus on replenishing dispatch points to meet customer service objectives and optimize stock cover.

**A Day in the Life of a Production & Capacity Planner**
- Establish an 18-month production plan for factories, including subcontracting facilities if applicable.
- Create a feasible production plan considering available capacity, labor, and materials, while respecting product family sequencing
- Determine Committed Capacity, including proposals for plant shutdowns and investments
- Identify opportunities and issues for the factory within the planning period
- Contribute to cross-functional planning activities and support Strategic Volume Planning
- Challenge manufacturing to optimize lot sizes, cycle times, and inventory levels
- Collaborate with Demand Planner to improve Demand Planning Accuracy
- Analyze and evaluate supply plans and net dispatch requirements to meet customer needs
- Plan and optimize mixed loads considering transportation constraints
- Manage inventory to balance product availability and minimize costs

**What will make you successful**
- University degree / HES degree
- Primary experience in planning, and/or operations
- Good knowledge of SAP/APO (Advanced Planning Optimization) tools or other ERP
- Good knowledge of Excel and power bi is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Strong interest for Supply chain and Operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in French and English
