**The Business**

Our Retirement team in Zurich advises companies and their pension funds. Utilising a combination of strong analytical skills and in-depth market knowledge, we provide analytical and strategic advice on a wide range of topics related to pension solutions, including financial reporting and performance management, M&A and corporate restructuring, benchmarking analysis, asset liability studies, and risk management.

We are global advisory company with a local presence in Switzerland. As such, we provide advice to the largest companies in Switzerland and multinational companies operating in Switzerland and Europe. In addition, we work together with our colleagues across the globe on a daily basis in order to support our client’s needs.

**Actuarial Analyst/Consultant (M/F/d)**

**The Role**

In this full-time role (80% - 100%), you will work with experienced colleagues to design and implement solutions to the challenges faced by leading companies and their pension funds. This will involve the analysis and valuation of pension funds for financial reporting, strategic decision-making and risk management purposes. Additionally, you will actively contribute to marketing and research activities.

**The Requirements**
- You have 0-5 years of professional work experience, ideally in valuation of pension plans or general consulting or analytical / mathematical studies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are second nature to you
- Fluent in English (preferably a native German speaker), any other languages being an advantage.
- You enjoy working within a team and would look forward to working with colleagues and clients who are based both within Switzerland and internationally.
- You have strong project management skills and good organizational abilities as well as an aptitude for managing multiple stakeholder groups.
- You are a highly motivated individual who enjoys quantitative modeling, with a relevant educational background.
