Proclinical are recruiting an Electrical Project Manager for a biotech establishment. This role is on a contract basis and is located in Bubendorf. The client is focused on developing and producing various molecular platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Um auch zukünftig das kontinuierliche Wachstum der __ in Bubendorf und an unserem neuen Standort in der Nordwestschweiz mitgestallten zu können, suchen wir zur Erweiterung unseres Teams im Engineering einen Projektleiter/in Elektrotechnik. Der Stellenantritt ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung geplant.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Teilprojektleitung Elektro in unseren Projekten als Bauherrenvertretung und insbesondere bei der Planung und Versorgung unseres neuen Produktionsstandortes.
- Ihr fachtechnischer Schwerpunkt liegt in der Stark
- und Schwachstromplanung sowie in der Kommunikations-, Sicherheits
- und Lichtplanung. Ex-Schutz-Anforderungen sind ihnen geläufig.
- Projektsteuerung und Koordination über alle Phasen der Projektabwicklung.
- Koordination der verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen (u.a. Nutzer, Planer, Technik).
- Beauftragung und Führung von externen, Experten
- und Planungsteams.
- Dabei übernehmen Sie die konzeptionelle und operative Steuerung des Planungs-Bereiches Elektro gewährleisten einen optimalen Ablauf und arbeiten proaktiv mit den entsprechenden internen und externen Partnern und Stakeholdern.
- Sie sind zuständig für die Planung und Beschaffung und beteiligen sich aktiv bei der Qualifizierung.
- Sie beraten und unterstützen die Nutzer bei fachtechnischen Fragestellungen.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium Elektrotechnik (ETH, FH) oder Techniker mit umfassender Erfahrung.
- Mehrjährige Berufs
- und Führungserfahrung als Projektleiter/in von anspruchsvollen Planungs
- und Bauprojekten im Bereich Elektro.
- Breite Erfahrung in der Koordination von Anspruchsgruppen sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in digitalen Planung (BIM).
- Gesamtheitliche und interdisziplinäre Denkweise, lösungsorientiertes Handeln sowie sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick welches Sie in deutscher und idealerweise auch englischer Sprache einbringen.
